Bold Access
“In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.”
Ephesians 3:12 · NKJV
Boldness and access with confidence. That is Paul’s description of how you come to God now. Not carefully. Not after a good week. Boldly, because the access does not run through your record. It runs through faith in Him.
Under the old arrangement, access was the most guarded thing in Israel. One man, one day a year, behind a veil. Now the veil is torn and the invitation reads: come with confidence. What changed was not God’s mood. What changed is that Christ finished the work that brings you near.
So pray like someone who belongs in the room. You are not interrupting God, and you cannot wear out your welcome. In Christ you have standing access to your Father, and He is glad you came.
In Christ you have boldness and access with confidence. Come to your Father like you belong, because you do.
